We ship parcels with GLS. Shipping costs consist of a price per parcel (including energy and packaging costs per parcel) and a handling fee per order. The shipping weight (item including packaging) is decisive. Larger shipments and shipments with a higher goods value are split into several parcels. Single items with a shipping weight over 31.5 kg are shipped by freight forwarder or on request. For some destination countries, this already applies to single items with a shipping weight over 30.7 kg.
Transport insurance depends on the goods value per parcel and is included in the shipping costs: up to €500 goods value at no extra charge, up to €2,000 goods value €3.50, up to €3,500 goods value €4.50 per parcel (net). The cart and the order show up to which goods value your shipment is insured.

All amounts in this section are in euros (net). If you order in another currency, the shop converts the shipping costs once at the shop exchange rate into your order currency and shows them in that currency in the cart, checkout, order confirmation and invoice. The transport insurance limits remain euro amounts.
We deliver directly to the countries of the European Union, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. To all other countries we deliver only by collection from our warehouse at Wiener Straße 99, 2514 Traiskirchen, Austria; you commission the carrier yourself.
