How Equipment Rental Works at SEMPERDEAL


Step 1:
Find the right device for your needs in our rental fleet. Select the desired rental period and delivery location, then click ORDER.
 
  • Rental start date:  Enter your desired start date in the input field “Rental start date”. Please note: the rental period always starts on a Monday and applies for a full week.
 
  • Rental duration: Enter the duration of the rental here. The rental duration is divided into weeks and can be booked for a maximum of 6 weeks.
 
  • Delivery / pick-up location: During checkout, please enter your preferred delivery and pick-up address. The device will be delivered to this address automatically and collected again after the rental period ends.
 

Step 2:

After you place your order, it takes on average 2–3 working days for the device to reach you. Keep in mind when booking that the device may still be in transit when the rental period has already started. For this reason, we recommend planning the desired rental start at least 2 weeks in advance!

Step 3:

Use the rental device in accordance with the operating instructions. Our devices may only be used by trained personnel. We wish you every success!

Step 4:

After the rental period ends, please attach the return label to the ready-to-ship package and place it at the agreed pick-up location. The prepared parcel will be collected on the agreed pick-up day during the course of the day. Please ensure that the package is ready for shipment no later than Monday morning.

Example:

Mr. Max needs a cable locator on 14/03/2022. He places his order on 09/03/2022. Therefore, he enters his preferred date (14/03/2022) under “Rental start date”. Automatically, he rents the device for the entire working week. Since Max rented the device at short notice, he will likely receive it on 14/03/2022. He will probably be able to start work with the device at the intended start of the working day. No later than Monday morning, 21/03/2022, Max must have the device packed again, the included shipping label attached to the parcel, and the package made available for collection. SEMPERDEAL arranges the collection. The device will then be picked up automatically during the Monday collection day.
