SEMPERDEAL's offering is directed exclusively at entrepreneurs, freelancers and legal entities (B2B). The statutory right of withdrawal under § 11 FAGG (Austria) or §§ 312 et seq. BGB (Germany) applies only to consumers and therefore does not apply to orders placed on this platform.

No Right of Withdrawal in B2B Transactions
As you are contracting with us as an entrepreneur or commercial buyer, consumer protection withdrawal regulations do not apply. By placing your order you enter into a binding contractual obligation.
Returns and Warranty
Defects in the delivered goods must be reported in writing within 3 days of receipt (visible defects) or within one week of discovery (hidden defects). The warranty period is one year from delivery.
