Right of Withdrawal
SEMPERDEAL's offering is directed exclusively at businesses within the meaning of § 2 of our GTC: companies, self-employed professionals and legal entities under public law; associations only insofar as they operate a business. The statutory right of withdrawal under § 11 FAGG (Austria) or §§ 312 et seq. BGB (Germany) applies only to consumers and therefore does not apply to orders placed in the SEMPERDEAL online shop.
No Right of Withdrawal in B2B Transactions
As you contract with us as a business, consumer protection withdrawal regulations do not apply. Your order is a binding offer (exception: payment method “Leasing (request)”); when the contract is concluded is governed by § 3 of our GTC.
Returns and Warranty
Defects in the delivered goods must be notified in writing: externally visible defects (visible damage, wrong goods, missing parts or quantity deviations) within 3 days of delivery, all other defects within one week of their discovery; an e-mail to info@semperdeal.com or to any other e-mail address stated in our legal information or on our contact page is sufficient. The warranty period is one year from delivery. Details are set out in § 5 of our GTC.
