§ 5 Right of return, warranty

(1) A return (return or exchange) to which there is no statutory and / or agreed legal entitlement is excluded. As far as return rights or their legal consequences are shown for the individual articles, these take precedence over the general terms and conditions.

(2) The return regulations are incumbent on the respective suppliers of the platform.

(3) Before you perceive a return, you must contact our customer service in order to coordinate the further procedure and to enable the return to be carried out quickly. To do this, write us an email at: info@semperdeal.com. The acceptance of the returned goods by us does not lead to an acceptance of your return request.

(4) You must immediately examine the delivered goods for deviations in quality and quantity and notify us in writing of any defects that can be identified within a period of three days from receipt of the goods; otherwise the assertion of the warranty claim is excluded. Hidden defects must be reported to us in writing within one week of their discovery. Deadline is sufficient for the timely dispatch. It bears the full burden of proof for all claim requirements, in particular for the defect itself, for the time at which the defect was discovered and for the timeliness of the notification of defects.

(5) The warranty period is one year from delivery of the goods.

(6) We do not give you any guarantees in the legal sense. Manufacturer guarantees remain unaffected.

(7) Before exercising your warranty rights, you will be asked to contact our customer service in order to coordinate the individual approach and to enable any warranty claims to be carried out quickly.
