SEMPERDEAL is the specialised B2B online shop of CfT Group GmbH – Consultant of Technology – for professional users, companies and technical service providers.
The roots reach back to 1993: Herbert Promberg founds CfT around the distribution of Radiodetection locating technology. Because trade alone doesn't carry the business at first, in-house locating services are added – a second pillar that develops independently and very successfully alongside the trade. From this dual competence, a high-performance locating and measuring technology specialist has grown over three decades – today the official Radiodetection representative for Austria and Southern Germany.

- 1993
Founded by Herbert Promberg
Started around the distribution of Radiodetection locating technology. Because pure trade doesn't carry the business at first, in-house locating services are added (pipe bursts, moisture damage) – a second pillar that becomes very successful in its own right.
- 1995
Merger & tracer-gas pioneer
Merger with „Ortungstechnik Michael Graindl" to form „CfT – Ortungstechnik, Promberg und Partner OEG". In the same year, pioneer of the hydrogen tracer-gas method – locating technology becomes the definitive core.
- 1999
Growth & structure
Conversion into a general partnership (OG) – more structure for a growing technology business.
- 2008
The CfT Group GmbH
On 11 June 2008, conversion into today's CfT Group GmbH. The brands Pearpoint, Schonstedt and Sensors & Software join the portfolio.
- 2015
Founding of CfT Deutschland
A dedicated presence for the German market – expansion into Southern Germany and a broader Radiodetection representation.
- 2018
SEMPERDEAL goes online
Launch of the B2B online shop – the proven portfolio grows with more top brands and becomes transparently available online.
- 2024
New manufacturer: F.A.S.T
The manufacturer F.A.S.T joins the portfolio – another building block for measuring and locating technology.

Official Service & Repair Point
SEMPERDEAL becomes the official service & repair point for many of our B2B brands. Sales, rental and maintenance – all from a single source.
