Special-purpose pulling grips

Special-purpose pulling grips cover jobs a standard grip cannot handle: joining grips connect two cable ends, safety grips with two eyes secure the pull on high-pressure lines, and protective and special designs offer PVC-protected eyes, laterally open mesh, swivelling connectors or low-twist braiding. There are also grips in stainless steel or synthetic fibre and grips for laying underwater cables. Choose by task, cable diameter and eye design. The pulling and safety grips hang on the pulling rope by an eye or thimble like the industrial grips; the joining grips couple two cable ends, and the protective grip protects compressed-air hoses against wear. Together they cover cables up to 240 mm and breaking loads up to 110,000 daN.
