Can I return or exchange products?
No. SEMPERDEAL sells to businesses only; there is no right of withdrawal or return, not even for unused goods in their original packaging. If goods are defective or we have delivered the wrong item, please notify us without delay after delivery at kontakt@semperdeal.com; we will then tell you how to proceed. Please never send goods back unannounced.
