STEP 1

Select & Order Equipment

Find the right equipment in our rental catalogue, set the rental period and delivery address, then click ORDER.

Start Mietdatum Der Mietzeitraum beginnt immer montags und gilt für eine volle Woche.
Mietdauer Wählbar von 1 bis maximal 6 Wochen.
Lieferort / Abholort Das Gerät wird geliefert und nach Ablauf automatisch abgeholt.
STEP 2

Await Delivery

After your order is received, delivery takes an average of 2–3 working days. The equipment may still be in transit when the rental period officially begins.

Our tip: Plan your rental start date at least 1 week in advance to ensure the equipment arrives on time.
STEP 3

Use Equipment

Use the rental equipment according to the operating manual. Please note:

Trained personnel only Our equipment may only be operated by instructed or qualified personnel.
In case of damage or malfunction Please report any issues immediately to support@semperdeal.com.
STEP 4

Return & Collection

Attach the collection label to the packed parcel and place it at the agreed collection point.

Wichtige Frist Das Paket muss spätestens Montag früh versandfertig bereitstehen.
Collection by SEMPERDEAL Wir kümmern uns um die Abholung – Sie müssen nichts weiter veranlassen.

WED, 09.03.2022 – Order
Max needs a cable locator from 14.03. He orders on 09.03. and enters 14.03.2022 as the rental start date.
 
 
MON, 14.03.2022 – Rental Start & Delivery
The equipment is delivered – right on time for the start of work. Max can get started immediately.
 
 
MON–FRI, 14.–18.03.2022 – In Use
Max uses the cable locator throughout the working week in accordance with the operating manual.
 
MON, 21.03.2022 – Return
Max packs the equipment, attaches the shipping label and places it ready for collection. SEMPERDEAL collects it automatically during the course of Monday.
