ACOUSTIC CAMERA 271P (including infrared camera)
Energy Sector – ELECTRICITY
In the energy sector, the acoustic camera is mainly used to detect partial discharges in electrical installations. It can quickly determine the type of partial discharge using phase-resolved partial discharge analysis (PRPD) and assess the severity of the fault. The integration of an infrared module further expands the application scenarios of the system. The acoustic camera can detect thermal anomalies, providing a more comprehensive diagnostic tool for monitoring and maintaining electrical installations.
Energy Sector – GAS (outside EX-rated areas)
Acoustic cameras enable fast and precise gas leak detection through real-time visualization, non-contact remote inspection, and high sensitivity. This increases workplace safety and maintenance efficiency. Acoustic cameras also allow the assessment of gas leaks. The generated acoustic images can be archived and used for trend analyses. This supports preventive maintenance, the identification of potential risks, the reduction of unplanned downtime, and the improvement of system stability.
