Gas Diffuser for H2 Tracer Gas (Bubble Creator)
Introducing tracer gas such as NH95/5 (nitrogen with 5% hydrogen content) or helium into water-filled pipelines while the system remains in operation results in enormous savings of tracer gas required for leak detection. In ideal cases, this saving can be up to 99%.
The special head attached to the Gas Diffuser mixes the tracer gas into the water in the form of extremely fine bubbles. A location with high flow velocity, such as downstream of a partially closed valve, is ideal for gas injection.
The Gas Diffuser is inserted via a drilling point or an already existing opening in the pipeline.
