What Data We Collect
Technical Access Data
Your browser automatically transmits technical data upon access: date/time, browser type, operating system, IP address and pages visited. This data is used only for internal access statistics and cannot be attributed to any individual.

We store and process only data necessary for our business operations: sales, marketing, statistics and website management.
Company / Municipality, salutation, title, first name, surname, Street, house number, postal code, city, Phone number, e-mail address, ggf. Funktion & Kundennummer.
We guarantee that all data will be used solely for the purpose for which it was originally collected.

Processing Your Request
We respond to requests without undue delay, at most within one month. For security reasons we can only process requests accompanied by proof of identity. Documents submitted are destroyed after processing.
Website Usage & Orders
Logfiles
On every visit, browser type, operating system, referrer, IP address, date/time and pages accessed are stored in log files. This data is used solely for system security and anonymous statistics.
Orders via SEMPERDEAL
For paid services, additional data (delivery/billing address, payment details) is collected. Data is only shared with processors bound by a data processing agreement. Further details in our AGB.
