For P550 Crawler System

The fully automatic cable reel features a powered winding and unwinding function for the drag data cable. During the winding process, the crawler and the drag cable can be controlled separately. The cable cassette inside the cable reel is supplied in lengths from 100 to 305 m with a strain-relief kit for the crawler and can be replaced as needed. The housing of the cable reel is made of powder-coated steel. The cable management system is constructed from aluminum and stainless steel to ensure long service life.

For P550 Crawler System

The manual cable reel is a simple and robust solution. The drag cable unwinds automatically as the crawler moves into the pipe. When winding the cable back in, the supplied hand crank is used to retrieve the drag cable. The drag cable is supplied from 100 to 305 m with the strain-relief kit for the crawler and can be replaced as needed. The housing of the cable reel is made of powder-coated steel. The cable management system is made from aluminum and stainless steel to ensure long service life. The cable reel is IP53-rated and weighs between 20 and 35 kg.

Power Supply (PSU)
Power Supply (PSU)
For Manual Cable Reel

The Power Supply (PSU) is used to provide power to the manual cable reel and the controller. The PSU can be connected to a suitable power outlet or a power generator. The housing of the Power Supply (PSU) is made of powder-coated steel with an aluminum and steel frame. The PSU is IP53 rated and has a weight of 17 kg.

With 25mm camera head

The P541c INST has been specifically developed for installation applications. With the permanently integrated FlexiSonde (512Hz or 640Hz selectable), it is possible to navigate through even tighter pipe bends.

The camera is waterproof up to 11 bar* (100m) (*depending on camera head) and has an IP68 protection rating. It is ideally suited for monitoring high-pressure cleaning in pipes or for marking pipe routes on the surface using the FlexiSonde.
