With 50mm Camera Head

The P543c push rod camera system has been specifically developed for pipe systems starting from DN70. The system proves itself through a robust and compact design, which allows standard use up to a pipe dimension of DN250. In borderline cases, the P543c can also be used starting from a pipe dimension of DN70. In this special case, all guide aids must be removed from the camera head. The FlexiSonde 640Hz can be mounted between the camera head and the push cable and enables precise location of pipe damage, blockages, or generally the mapping of the pipe route up to an installation depth of approx. 5m. For sonde locating, we recommend receivers from the SuperC.A.T4 or RD7200 family by the manufacturer Radiodetection.

The system proves itself through a robust and compact design, which allows standard use up to a pipe dimension of DN250. In borderline cases, the P543c can also be used starting from a pipe dimension of DN70. In this special case, all guide aids must be removed from the camera head. A 32mm or 50mm camera head is available for selection. The FlexiSonde (640Hz or 512Hz selectable) can be mounted between the camera head and the push rod and enables precise location of pipe damage, blockages, or generally the mapping of the pipe route up to an installation depth of approx. 5m. For sonde locating, we recommend receivers from the SuperC.A.T4 or RD7100 family by the manufacturer Radiodetection.

 

CAMERA

50mm Camera
The 50mm camera head is suitable for pipe diameters starting from DN100. This head features a mechanical self-leveling function, allowing the operator to maintain orientation even in complex pipe routes. The 50mm camera head is designed for a pressure load of up to 11 bar (100m) and has protection class IP68.

 

SONDE
The FlexiSonde (640Hz or 512Hz selectable) can be mounted between the camera head and the push rod. The FlexiSonde enables precise location of pipe damage, blockages, or the general pipe route up to an installation depth of approx. 5m. For sonde locating, we recommend receivers from the SuperC.A.T4 or RD7100 family by the manufacturer Radiodetection.
