Zeitler Pulling Cords for Cable Blowing Devices

The Zeitler pulling lines are made of 100% polyolefins, paraffin-coated for water resistance, and double-twisted for maximum strength and smooth performance. Available in three diameters, they offer exceptional durability and reliable feeding during cable blowing.

Technical Data

• Ø 1 mm – tensile strength 24 kg – approx. 900 m per reel
• Ø 4 mm – tensile strength 210 kg – approx. 1100 m per reel (also available metered)
• Ø 4 mm – tensile strength 300 kg – approx. 750 m per reel

All lines are delivered as coreless reels with inner feed, preventing accidents from loose or jumping spools during use.

Pulling Lines with Copper Conductor

Additionally, Zeitler offers locator-enabled pulling lines with a built-in copper wire. These can be blown into empty conduits using EZ50, EZ100, or EZ300 blowing devices and allow precise pipe route detection after installation.
