How to choose

  • Thread & rod size: M5 typically for 4–5 mm, M6 for 6 mm, M12 for 7.5–15 mm (check manufacturer specs).
  • Application: Use a flexible guide for tight bends; a roller guide when cables are already in the duct.
  • Swivel connection: A swivel coupling prevents twist between the rod and the pull line.
  • Repair: For mid-rod breaks, use a splice repair kit with two-part epoxy; once cured, the rod is ready for service.

Notes

Ensure fittings are fully seated, check threads/guides for wear, and observe system pulling limits.
