Zeitler cord blowing device EZ-300 with two-stroke engine
The EZ-300 allows the insertion of a pulling cord with a maximum tensile strength of 300 kg at pipe inner diameters from 25 mm to 200 mm. No additional compressor is necessary, as the system is powered by a powerful two-stroke engine. Operation is simple and independent of an electrical power supply. Standard blowing lengths of over 1000 m are possible (depending on bend radii, inner pipe coatings, potential pipe leaks or pipe flattening).
If any difficulties occur while blowing in the cord, the EZ-300 can also be used to suck in the pulling cord. The EZ-300 is supplied as standard in a robust plastic case. The scope of delivery also includes:
- 5 shuttle sets freely selectable (26 mm to 150 mm), each with two complete shuttles per dimension
- 1 box with small parts for shuttle assembly
- 1 parachute for inner Ø 60 mm–100 mm
- 1 parachute for inner Ø 100 mm–150 mm
- 1 orange cone with metal tip
- 1 special accessory for small pipes Ø 25 mm–50 mm
- 1 attachment Ø 140 mm with cord channel
- 1 attachment Ø 200 mm with cord channel
- 1 suction flange
- 1 fuel can 0.5 l (empty)
- 2 reels of special cord DN 1 mm (approx. 900 m/reel), tensile strength approx. 24 kg
