Cable Blowing Devices

With Zeitler’s innovative blowing technology, cables and fiber optics can be installed at previously unattainable speeds. Thanks to their compact design and ease of use, Zeitler cable blowing devices can also be operated efficiently in tight manholes or confined workspaces. The devices are suitable for duct diameters from 4 mm to 200 mm.

High-Performance Blowing Technology

Depending on the model and pulling line used, insertion distances of over 1000 meters can be achieved. When using special pulling lines with copper conductors, it is even possible to locate the exact path of the duct – an ideal solution for network and civil engineering applications.

Cord blowing device for pulling cords and locating cords in micro-ducts (fibre-optic installation technology) for pipe inner diameters 4–20 mm. Operated with a standard compressor (200–300 l/min, not included). Supplied in a robust plastic case incl. connectors, compressed-air hose, accessories, 4 reels of special cord and operating manual.

Cord blowing device for pre-tension cords and locating cords in underground- or wall-laid conduit systems. For inner diameters 18–50 mm, blowing lengths up to 300 m (depending on pipe conditions). Can also be used to suck in the pulling cord if required; supplied in a plastic case incl. accessories.
