Zeitler cord blowing device EZ-50
The EZ-50 is an insertion system specially developed for the electrical and pipeline construction sectors for pre-tension cords and locating cords in an underground-laid or wall-laid conduit system. With this blowing device, pipe diameters (inner diameters) from 18 mm to 50 mm can be handled. Operation of the hand compressor is extremely simple. Pipe lengths of up to 300 m can be blown (depending on existing bend radii, inner pipe coating and any potential pipe leaks).
The feeding process usually takes only a few seconds. If there are problems when blowing in the cord, the EZ-50 can also be used to suck in the pulling cord. Extensive accessories are available.
The EZ-50 is supplied as standard in a robust plastic case. The scope of delivery also includes:
- 2 reels of special cord (DN 1 mm (approx. 900 m/reel)), tensile strength up to 24 kg

- 1 element set A & B each (for inner DN 9.5 mm - 19 mm)
