Aqua-Clean-2000 is a brand of AQUA SYSTEM Technologie GmbH of Eberschwang in Upper Austria. The AQUA CLEAN 2000 drinking-water filter uses membrane technology and turns tap or well water into clean drinking water, without electricity and without chemicals.
At SEMPERDEAL you will find the filter and the matching replacement cartridge. On site, in the vehicle or on the road it is the simple answer to where clean water comes from.

Do you offer calibration?
As an official service point, we offer calibration for cable locators, leak detection and measuring devices. For a large proportion of the devices sold on the market, we issue corresponding certificates. You'll find more information on our Service & Repairs page and at service@cft.at.

How long does a repair take?
Depending on the device and the availability of spare parts, a repair usually takes 5–15 business days. Standard repairs are often completed faster. The exact duration also depends on your approval of the cost estimate.

How do I update the firmware?
We carry out firmware updates for devices from Radiodetection, Pearpoint and others as part of a service appointment. You'll find more detailed information on how to perform updates yourself in our "Software" section – sorted by manufacturer. Alternatively, you can visit the respective manufacturers' websites.

Where can I find my device's serial number?
You'll find the serial number on the type plate, under the battery compartment or in the device menu. Please always provide it for any repair.

How do I register a repair?
The easiest way to register a repair is via our digital repair request form, which guides you step by step. Alternatively, email us at service@semperdeal.com with the device type, serial number and a description of the fault. You'll then receive an RMA number and shipping instructions.

How do I properly clean and store my devices?
Clean heavily soiled devices after use with a slightly damp cloth and avoid aggressive cleaning agents. Store the devices in a dry place at room temperature. Charge the batteries regularly – even when they are not in use – to preserve their service life.
