ELECTRO PJP is a French manufacturer of test and measurement accessories based in Tavaux in the Jura: crocodile clips, test probes, test leads and 4 mm safety connectors, designed and made in France.

At SEMPERDEAL you will find the 5002-IEC-d4 crocodile clips in five colours, individually and as a set. They are rated to EN/IEC 61010-031 for 600 V CAT II, 300 V CAT III and 150 V CAT IV at 10 A, with reinforced insulation and touch-proof jaws.

Through the 4 mm socket the clips fit the usual test leads, for instance the direct-connection lead of a locating transmitter or a cable fault locator. The colours keep the test setup tidy.

How long does a repair take?
Depending on the device and the availability of spare parts, a repair usually takes 5–15 business days. Standard repairs are often completed faster. The exact duration also depends on your approval of the cost estimate.

How do I update the firmware?
We carry out firmware updates for devices from Radiodetection, Pearpoint and others as part of a service appointment. You'll find more detailed information on how to perform updates yourself in our "Software" section – sorted by manufacturer. Alternatively, you can visit the respective manufacturers' websites.

Where can I find my device's serial number?
You'll find the serial number on the type plate, under the battery compartment or in the device menu. Please always provide it for any repair.

How do I register a repair?

The easiest way to register a repair is via our digital repair request form, which guides you step by step. Alternatively, email us at service@semperdeal.com with the device type, serial number and a description of the fault. You'll then receive an RMA number and shipping instructions.

How do I properly clean and store my devices?
Clean heavily soiled devices after use with a slightly damp cloth and avoid aggressive cleaning agents. Store the devices in a dry place at room temperature. Charge the batteries regularly – even when they are not in use – to preserve their service life.
