MAR 100-3D

The MAR 100-3D is a ball marker from KOMPLEX®. Its internal design allows it to emit a perfect signal in any installation position. The markers reach a maximum burial depth of 1.5 m and offer a quick and easy solution for marking all types of utility routes – even where there are no specific strategic points to highlight.

Proven design for permanent route marking

The MiM Marker 120 draws on over 20 years of experience in route marking and relies on one of the most successful designs in marker technology. Thanks to the high-quality materials used, marked routes remain reliably marked for at least 50 years.

Usage instructions

  • Have repairs carried out only by qualified specialists or the manufacturer's service.

Disposal

  • Waste electrical and electronic equipment must not be disposed of with unsorted waste (symbol: crossed-out wheeled bin); it is collected and recycled separately. This also applies to equipment used in a business. Hand in waste equipment at a collection point or to a waste management company, or send it back to us for disposal: CfT Group GmbH, Wiener Straße 99, 2514 Traiskirchen, Austria. We take care of the disposal.
  • If the equipment contains batteries or lamps, remove them before returning it, provided this is possible without destroying them, and return them separately. Tape the terminals of lithium batteries first.
  • If the equipment stores data (for example recordings, measurements or locations), delete any personal data before returning it. As the user, you are responsible for this.

How long does a repair take?
Depending on the device and the availability of spare parts, a repair usually takes 5–15 business days. Standard repairs are often completed faster. The exact duration also depends on your approval of the cost estimate.

How do I update the firmware?
We carry out firmware updates for devices from Radiodetection, Pearpoint and others as part of a service appointment. You'll find more detailed information on how to perform updates yourself in our "Software" section – sorted by manufacturer. Alternatively, you can visit the respective manufacturers' websites.

Where can I find my device's serial number?
You'll find the serial number on the type plate, under the battery compartment or in the device menu. Please always provide it for any repair.

How do I register a repair?

The easiest way to register a repair is via our digital repair request form, which guides you step by step. Alternatively, email us at service@semperdeal.com with the device type, serial number and a description of the fault. You'll then receive an RMA number and shipping instructions.

How do I properly clean and store my devices?
Clean heavily soiled devices after use with a slightly damp cloth and avoid aggressive cleaning agents. Store the devices in a dry place at room temperature. Charge the batteries regularly – even when they are not in use – to preserve their service life.
