How long does a repair take?
Depending on the device and the availability of spare parts, a repair usually takes 5–15 business days. Standard repairs are often completed faster. The exact duration also depends on your approval of the cost estimate.

How do I update the firmware?
We carry out firmware updates for devices from Radiodetection, Pearpoint and others as part of a service appointment. You'll find more detailed information on how to perform updates yourself in our "Software" section – sorted by manufacturer. Alternatively, you can visit the respective manufacturers' websites.

Where can I find my device's serial number?
You'll find the serial number on the type plate, under the battery compartment or in the device menu. Please always provide it for any repair.

How do I register a repair?
The easiest way to register a repair is via our digital repair request form, which guides you step by step. Alternatively, email us at service@semperdeal.com with the device type, serial number and a description of the fault. You'll then receive an RMA number and shipping instructions.

No. SEMPERDEAL sells to businesses only; there is no right of withdrawal or return, not even for unused goods in their original packaging. How much Mirasan® Neutraliser is needed after cleaning with Mirasan® TWR?Schermann GmbH
The following guide values apply per m³ of rinse water, depending on the measured pH value:

| 2.5 | 1.10 to 1.30 |
| 3.5 | 0.80 to 1.00 |
| 4.5 | 0.50 to 0.70 |
| 5.5 | 0.30 to 0.50 |
These values are for guidance only. The measurement with the enclosed indicator paper is decisive: the neutraliser is added until the pH value of the drinking water is reached (usually 6.8 to 7.8).
