Description

The Zeitler EZ-50 cord blowing device is an insertion system developed specifically for the electrical and pipework sectors for installing pre-tensioning and locating cords into empty conduit systems laid underground or within walls. It is suitable for pipe internal diameters ranging from 18 mm to 50 mm and handles pipe lengths of up to 300 m – depending on bend radii, the internal pipe coating and any pipe leaks.

Simple operation and rapid loading

The hand compressor is exceptionally easy to use: the loading process usually takes just a few seconds. Should it not be possible to blow in the cord, the EZ-50 can also be used to draw in the pull cord – so you are equipped for both insertion directions. A comprehensive range of accessories is available.

Delivery and scope of supply

The EZ-50 is supplied as standard in a robust plastic case. The scope of supply also includes:

  • 2 rolls of special cord (DN 1 mm, length approx. 900 m/roll), tensile strength up to 24 kg
  • 1 suction base
  • 1 each of Element Sets A & B (for internal DN 9.5 mm to 19 mm)
  • 1 special nozzle for pipes DN 25 mm to 50 mm
  • 3 each of beads DN 11 mm, 13 mm and 16 mm
  • 1 operating manual

  • Have repairs carried out only by qualified specialists or the manufacturer's service.

Disposal

  • Waste electrical and electronic equipment must not be disposed of with unsorted waste (symbol: crossed-out wheeled bin); it is collected and recycled separately. This also applies to equipment used in a business. Hand in waste equipment at a collection point or to a waste management company, or send it back to us for disposal: CfT Group GmbH, Wiener Straße 99, 2514 Traiskirchen, Austria. We take care of the disposal.
  • If the equipment contains batteries or lamps, remove them before returning it, provided this is possible without destroying them, and return them separately. Tape the terminals of lithium batteries first.
  • If the equipment stores data (for example recordings, measurements or locations), delete any personal data before returning it. As the user, you are responsible for this.
