Zeitler EZ-300 Cord Blowing Unit (with two-stroke engine)

The Zeitler EZ-300 cable pulling unit inserts a pull cord with a maximum tensile strength of 300 kg into pipes with internal diameters ranging from 25 mm to 200 mm. As the system is powered by a high-performance two-stroke engine, no additional compressor is required.

Operation is simple and can be carried out independently of a mains power supply – ideal for mobile use on site. As standard, insertion lengths of over 1000 m can be achieved, depending on bend radii, internal pipe coatings, pipe leaks or pipe kinks.

Flexible: Blowing and suction

Should any problems arise whilst blowing in the cord, the EZ-300 can also be used to suck the pull cord back out. This ensures you can continue working even with difficult pipe runs.

Robust equipment in a plastic case

The EZ-300 is supplied as standard in a robust plastic case. The scope of delivery also includes:

• 5 shuttle sets of your choice (from 26 mm to 150 mm), with two complete shuttles per size
• 1 box of small parts for shuttle assembly
• 1 parachute for internal diameters of 60 to 100 mm
• 1 parachute for an internal diameter of 100 to 150 mm
• 1 orange cone with metal tip
• 1 special accessory for small tubes, Ø 25 to 50 mm
• 1 attachment, Ø 140 mm, with cord channel
• 1 top piece, Ø 200 mm, with cord channel
• 1 suction flange
• 1 petrol can, 0.5 l (empty)
• 2 rolls of special cord, DN 1 mm (approx. 900 m per roll), tensile strength approx. 24 kg
• 1 air hose, 2 m long (as an extension)
• 1 user manual
